Licensed Real Estate Agent

You develop deep and meaningful rapport with your clients and communicate with piercing persuasiveness. You believe you can be the best at almost everything you do and can prove it. You are not afraid of hard work!

Responsibilities

Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities

Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood

Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth

Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume

Manage leads in our company's database

Build rapport with the buyer, overcome objections and negotiate the contract

Showing properties and working with residential buyers all over the Greater Houston area

Be available for team trainings

Desire to be part of a successful and growing team

Give buyer/seller an overview of current market conditions and projections
Qualifications
-
Must be a licensed real estate agent in Texas
-
Prospective agents must be high-school graduates and at least 18 years of age

Strong selling & negotiating skills

Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking ability, creativity

This candidate is a fast starter and is highly money motivated who is looking for the right opportunity to use -their people skills and talents to build a lasting career

A professional, sharp person who understands success comes through hard work and tenacity

Must be willing to drive to show clients properties all over Houston

Must be willing to work evenings and weekends

Understand contract writing and negotiation

This person is teachable and is always trying to improve themselves by reading books, watching videos, reading blogs, or by whatever means possible
Compensation
$60,000 - $100,000 yearly
