Real Estate Listing Specialist

The Franklin Team is seeking a proactive, highly-organized Listing Specialist to play a key role on our growing team. We need a Listing Specialist who is a licensed Realtor and will serve as the team’s listing market expert. This person will be comfortable attending several listing appointments a day and is eager to win the business. They will help guide the clients in the decision-making process as far as pricing a home and ways to maximize value with a strategic marketing plan best suited for the seller’s needs.

With the support of our Listing Team, the Listing Specialist will take the home to the market where it’s taken over by the listing manager. The perfect candidate is someone who develops expert knowledge regarding local market conditions and pricing trends as well as can provide high-level fiduciary advice on pricing strategies. We are looking for someone who has a strong work ethic, a team player with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude with the desire to excel with a top team in the country.

The Listing Specialist is an individual who thrives on taking risks and facing challenges while maintaining a win-win, positive attitude. In addition, he/she demonstrates the knowledge, attitude, skills, and habits of a high-achieving listing agent who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, and to seeking win-win agreements. He/she will market the home or work in tandem with a Listing Manager to launch a marketing campaign and oversee the deal through to close.

Base salary with a strong commission structure.

  • Schedule property inspections with customers and vendors to clean and prepare homes to sell fast

  • Present progress reports to the real estate team that include all sales activity in the client database and how the data relates to company goals

  • Prepare all listing information including property photography, pre-listing presentations, comparative market analysis, and online research for each property on the MLS database

  • Produce and manage MLS listings and social media so homes sell as soon as possible and customers are satisfied

  • Arrange all buyers’ showings and public open houses to get feedback regarding the showing to help other team members facilitate more sales


  • Passionate about serving people and providing a great customer service experience

  • Able to convey information well in both a written and verbal format

  • College experience preferred but not required to apply

  • Has basic computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel

  • Previous real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages experience is highly valued

  • Active Texas Real Estate License is required

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and will need to learn how to use the company's CRM

  • 1-3 Years of industry and sales experience

Licensed Real Estate Sales Assistant

The Franklin Team is looking for a Licensed Realtor to assistant two top producing agents. An ideal candidate would be someone very organized, who is comfortable supporting a real estate transaction, has great communication and customer service skills over the phone and email.

This position will have a base salary with a bonus structure.

401K company match is available after 1 year of service.

Inside Sales Agent (future opportunities)

The Franklin Team is seeking an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our growing team. This is your opportunity to work with some of the top real estate agents in Houston!

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Agent (ISA) who will follow up with prospective buyers and sellers through phone calls, texts and emails. This position can be worked remotely with most time spent on the phone or communicating with buyers and sellers by text and email.

Base Salary + Commission


  • Take all inbound calls and online leads that come into the office through multiple lead sources

  • Prospect for new business through follow-up with leads in the CRM

  • Make many outbound calls, texts, and email communication daily

  • Schedule buying & selling appointments with qualified leads for agents on the team


  • Positive, customer service-based attitude and a team player

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Business Development Representative

The Franklin Team is seeking a Business Development Representative who will work hand-in-hand with the leadership at The Franklin Team to grow our business and referrals from our new construction builder partners.

Job Description:

  • Generate Leads by making daily face-to-face visits to our builder clients and building relationships

  • Schedule lunch meetings with our builder clients

  • Educate our builder clients the value and benefits of The Franklin Team’s Guaranteed Home Buyout and Lease Buyout Programs

  • Track all incoming referrals

  • Attend events hosted by developers and builders and engage with industry associations

  • Organize collateral for presentations at our builder partner’s sales meetings

  • Assist with Event Planning

  • Edit and publish photos & videos to social media outlets

  • Order and Deliver Referral Gifts to our builder clients

  • Order and Deliver Closing Gifts to our builder clients

  • Submit market/industry award applications for the team

  • Maintain marketing collateral inventory and reorder as necessary

  • Oversee online marketing efforts

  • Maintain Company Vehicle with regular oil changes, washes and other required maintenance


  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications and/or related field preferred

  • Possess an excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills while displaying a high level of professionalism

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects at one time

  • Prospecting and presentation skills

  • Self-starter with ability to work independently

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, excel, PowerPoint)
