Charissa is originally from Minnesota, but made the right decision to come to Texas when she found Dallas Baptist University. After graduating with a bachelors in Business Administration her first job doing sales brought her to Houston. In this role she learned her passion for serving people and providing the right solutions. After some time off to raise her son, she’s back to the professional sphere—and thrilled to join the Franklin Team—as Senior Executive Assistant.

Outside of work, Charissa loves to spend intentional time with her husband and son outdoors or traveling. She loves serving at her church, and cooking as her creative outlet.
